SEÑOR FROG’S COMMEMORATES AND HONORS MEMORIAL DAY

On Memorial Day we commemorate and honor all those soldiers who gave their lives for the service of the country.

Initially it was commemorated on May 30, but since 1971, Congress established that Memorial day was going to be celebrated the last Monday of May so it became a holiday giving the opportunity to use the weekend to remember, honor and celebrate those brave men and women for three days. President Bill Clinton established as a national law that on Memorial Day at 3:00 pm  as the time when Americans should stop their activities, reflect on past battles and lost lives and keep a minute of silence in honor of them.

To commemorate this day, large parades like the one in Washington D.C. are organized all over the Country, flags are flown at half-staff in public places and people take the opportunity to go out to spend time with friends and family.

Señor Frog’s opens its doors on Memorial Day weekend as a symbol of remembrance to commemorate, honor and celebrate the brave men and women who gave their lives in the service of their country, the veterans and the one’s still in service, always carrying them in our hearts.
